Laphroaig Cairdeas Ileach 2011 Edition

The nose on this annual "special" bottling is buttery and creamy with vanilla and a lot of citrus fruits, almost a lemony furniture polish.    The taste is creamy and banana sweet.  The finish is smoky and quite peppery (smoked salmon).  This is not your typical Laphroaig, but still good.
