Bulleit Bourbon

This Diageo expression would make another very solid exhibit in the case that the "average" bourbon is better than the "average" single malt scotch.  Not sure where this actually made, but I know the brand HQ is the old Stitzel Weller distillery in Louisville, but it is not made there.  The nose is sweet with bubblegum and candy corn.  The sweetness from the nose carries over into the taste, along with some spicy rye and aniseed, with some coffee and more corn as well before the dry, oaky finish kicks in with some pepper and more rye.  Not massively complex but highly drinkable.
